Debra Smith, Chief Administrative Officer
Ms. Smith, who has been with Legacy for 23 years, oversees all aspects of Legacy’s property management, asset management, marketing, construction and architectural design activities. She also oversees a team of over 115 professionals, including fourteen senior vice presidents, regional vice presidents and vice presidents. In addition, Ms. Smith is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the company’s partners and third-party clients. As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Ms. Smith previously established, planned and directed the marketing and leasing activities for the commercial portfolio and promoted Legacy’s visibility in the marketplace. She also assisted with the development of the marketing strategies of Legacy’s corporate parent. Ms. Smith has over 26 years of real estate experience. In April 2007, Ms. Smith was awarded the Women of Distinction for Commercial Real Estate/Construction award presented by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. She attended Miami University and holds a California real estate sales license.
