Legacy Partners Pulls Wraps Off Boutique Oakland MF

Legacy Partners opened Baxter on Broadway, a five-story, 130-unit boutique apartment community in Oakland’s Temescal neighborhood. The residential community, developed in a joint venture between SRM Development and USAA, is being managed by Legacy Partners.
