Seattle approves design for 170 housing units next to Fremont landmark
The city of Seattle has signed off on the design review for a 170-unit housing project proposed along the bustling Stone Way retail corridor in the Fremont neighborhood. Bellevue-based Pollard Entities and Redmond-based Legacy Partners are developing an eight-story apartment building and a separate four-story townhome complex, according to design plans.
