Legacy Partners Completes Luxury CA Community

Foster City, Calif.-based real estate firm Legacy Partners has unveiled 580 Anton, a new luxury apartment community in Costa Mesa, Calif. The five-story, 250-unit property offers a blend of studio and one- and two-bedroom units with high-end features, finishes and amenities. Legacy Partners broke ground on 580 Anton in 2016, having acquired the land in May 2015 in a JV with Prudential Real Estate Investors.

Among the development’s amenities are a clubhouse with game room, lake-view fitness center, yoga and Pilates studio, full-service coffee bar, conference rooms, business center, concierge entry and dog-wash stations. The location puts residents within walking distance of the shopping center South Coast Plaza and many restaurants.

CONVENIENT ACCESS

The community is also near Segerstrom Center, Noguchi Gardens and the future location of the Orange County Museum of Art. Residents can connect to Orange County and the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area via nearby I-405 and the 73 toll road.
